Full benefits package including Health Insurance, 401(k) with Employer Match, PTO, Sick Days, and Performance-Based Bonus Position Overview An established private family office is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to work closely with the family's Chief of Staff and provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the principals. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role supporting the family's personal affairs, residences, travel, household staff, vendors, and special projects. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and accustomed to the discretion and high level of service required within a UHNW family office. Responsibilities Work closely with the Chief of Staff on all personal and household matters Manage complex calendars, appointments, reservations, and personal scheduling Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, transportation, and accommodations Support operations across the family's residences and coordinate with household staff Travel to the Hamptons during the summer as needed to prepare the residence for the principals' arrival Coordinate household staff schedules, deliveries, provisioning, vendors, and service appointments Ensure residences are fully prepared and all requested items are in place before family arrivals Manage vendor relationships, projects, maintenance requests, and follow-up Conduct extensive research and present clear, well-organized options and recommendations Assist with purchases, gifting, events, reservations, and personal requests Maintain organized digital records, household information, and confidential documents Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff, Junior EPA, household teams, and other family office professionals Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are completed from start to finish Requirements 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience Previous UHNW family or family office experience required Bachelor's degree required Extremely tech-savvy and proficient with modern productivity, calendar, communication, and organizational platforms Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Exceptional organization, research, and project-management abilities Highly discreet with excellent judgment and attention to detail Team player who works collaboratively across multiple departments and household teams Flexible to travel to the Hamptons and provide support outside standard hours when needed Valid driver's license and ability to drive in the Hamptons a plus Excellent professional references Valid U.S. work authorization SSIN789
