Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive business information with a high level of discretion. Based on general knowledge.
Track deadlines, action items, and priorities to support executive productivity and follow-through. Based on general knowledge.
Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and other administrative documentation. Based on general knowledge.
Support special projects, research, and cross-functional coordination as assigned. Based on general knowledge.
Serve as a professional point of contact for senior leadership, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Based on general knowledge.
