Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in Ohio. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for an organized candidate with relevant experience who can manage shifting priorities, represent the organization effectively, and keep daily operations running smoothly in an onsite environment. The role combines executive support, coordination of meetings and travel, and assistance with HR-related administrative tasks. Success in this position requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars for leadership, coordinate scheduling priorities, and ensure executives are prepared for internal and external meetings.
  • Arrange business travel, confirm itineraries, and handle related logistics to support efficient executive scheduling.
  • Prepare meeting materials, organize agendas, and track follow-up items to help leadership stay aligned on key initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for executive and HR functions, including document preparation, correspondence, and record organization.
  • Assist with HR administrative activities such as maintaining policy-related documentation and supporting routine procedural workflows.
  • Welcome visitors and serve as a courteous point of contact for staff and guests, creating a positive front-office experience.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, to create reports, maintain organized information, and present data clearly.
  • Support work involving electronic medical records and ensure information is handled accurately and with appropriate confidentiality.
  • Contribute to operational continuity during leadership changes by helping coordinate administrative priorities and communication needs.
