$50,000 About the Role Green Leaf Productions is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our Senior Management in a fast-paced television production environment. This role is ideal for someone who anticipates needs, handles shifting priorities calmly, and understands the pace and confidentiality of the entertainment industry. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate communications, support production-related activities, and help keep the executive's office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage a busy calendar, including internal meetings, production schedules, pitches, screenings, and industry events. Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and expenses. Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and follow-ups with discretion and professionalism. Maintain confidential files and sensitive business and personnel information. Support special projects, events, and production needs as assigned. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, urgent requests, and operational needs before they arise. Qualifications At least [3-5] years of experience as an Executive Assistant Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands and remain composed under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and calendar-management platforms. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during active productions or major events. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
