Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide direct support to the CEO in a fully onsite role. The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant position requires exceptional judgment and professionalism, with the ability to represent the CEO effectively in all communications while maintaining strict confidentiality. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing sensitive and time-critical projects and will demonstrate excellent verbal and written English skills and a consistently polished presence. Responsibilities:
Sort through CEO's emails to distinguish importance and next action steps Draft professional emails on CEO's behalf Collect rent checks from various properties owned by CEO Act as a liaison between the property owner and tenants, assist tenants with rent, drafting notices, paying bills Organize company meetings when requested Develop itineraries and agendas including flights and transportation and booking accommodations. Assist with preparing legal documents such as contracts and other legal forms. Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for CEO's copies Assist with trademark registration File, organize, banking- reconcile bank statements Write out personal checks and balance personal Bank statement reconciliation Correspond with legal department, attorneys, contractors, state authorities as needed Manage monthly reports on imports for competitors and what they are buying / market research (Import Genius) Manage office calendar, arrange, and set up meetings with internal staff Assist sometimes to manage Owner's personal bills and finances
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Demonstrated accounting skills Lives less than 45 min from the company office
