Job Description
Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator Full-Time | $18-$22/hour | State College, PA Alto Financial Group is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and professional Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to join our State College office. This is an in-office position for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, following through details, supporting leadership, and helping the office run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in doing things right. What You'll Do Provide administrative and organizational support to leadership Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, and follow-up Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners Provide excellent customer service and help ensure a positive client experience Help manage the day-to-day needs of the State College office and keep things running smoothly when leadership is away Prepare and maintain documents, records, correspondence, and electronic files Assist with office coordination, projects, events, and other administrative needs Use good judgment to handle routine matters and know when to escalate an issue Occasional local and overnight business travel may be required What We're Looking For Administrative, executive assistant, office coordination, customer service, or similar experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail Personable, polished, and professional presence Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities Able to work independently and take ownership when leadership is away Good judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills Comfortable learning new technology and software Reliable, dependable, and positive Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
