Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant is an integral part of the Business Impact NW team, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker with excellent communication skills, proven organizational systems, and experience in partnership management and executive coordination. Working closely with senior management and the Operations team, this person will help keep the company running smoothly by performing a range of advanced administrative and managerial duties, including complex calendar management.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and senior staff, including calendar management, travel and accommodation arrangements, correspondence and email monitoring, document preparation, contract signing and filing, IT coordination, and meeting preparation and follow-up. Prepare expense reports and other administrative documentation as needed. Compile reports and activity digests for CEO review to support organizational decision-making. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder engagement meet or exceed expectations. Represent the organization professionally in meetings with partners and stakeholders, supporting CEO-led initiatives; help launch new projects and transition them to the appropriate department once past the pilot phase. Collaborate with the Executive and Operations teams to implement and maintain CEO-sponsored projects and initiatives. Create and prepare documents to specified standards, including templates, procedure manuals, fillable PDFs, memos, checklists, presentations, and agendas. Support board and committee meetings through preparation, coordination, follow-up, and accurate meeting minutes. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with employees across all departments. Help solve problems, anticipate organizational needs, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
BA preferred, though combination of education and experience accepted 2+ years office management, executive assistant or equivalent experience Those with a passion for Business Impact NW's mission strongly encouraged to apply Ability to travel to various locations for meetings
Hours and Location:
40 hours per week, 8:30am-5pm PT Partial work-from-home; must be able to attend in-person meetings throughout the Puget Sound region and possibly travel to Oregon, Idaho and Alaska occasionally.
