Job Description:
Reynolds is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the executive leadership team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate excels at managing complex calendars, board-level activities, and confidential tasks while partnering closely with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, travel, and high-level communications for senior executives
  • Coordinate meetings, executive team priorities, and board activities, including preparing agendas, materials, and securely distributing documents
  • Anticipate executive needs, solve issues proactively, and ensure seamless daily operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact among internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership
  • Prepare and manage sensitive correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and judgment
  • Maintain organized systems and workflows to improve efficiency
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and professionalism
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role supporting senior leaders; experience supporting a board and/or working in a law firm is a plus but not required Proven ability to manage executive calendars, travel, and communications Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn scheduling and project management tools Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Discreet and professional in handling confidential information Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management skills Polished, professional demeanor; effective working with executives, boards, and external partners
