Our client, a well-established private wealth management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior executive leadership. This role will focus on managing complex schedules, coordinating key meetings and communications, and serving as a trusted administrative partner across the organization. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of executive support experience, along with a background in financial services, investment management, or wealth management environments.

Preferred Responsibilities include managing multiple executive calendars and shifting priorities; coordinating leadership, board, and committee meetings from scheduling through follow-up; preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and correspondence; tracking action items and ensuring timely completion of deliverables; processing invoices, expense reimbursements, and administrative requests; handling travel arrangements and logistics as needed; maintaining confidential information with professionalism and discretion; and assisting with special projects and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience supporting C-level leadership; prior experience within financial services, investment management, or wealth management; exceptional organizational and time management skills; strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new technologies; excellent judgment when handling sensitive information; ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; and an interest in leveraging AI and emerging technology tools to improve efficiency.
