Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage executive schedules, meetings, and appointments using tools such as Google Calendar and monday.comHandle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and professional responsesAssist with planning and organizing conference calls, meetings, and business eventsMaintain and update CRM systems with accurate data and documentationAddress urgent matters as they arise with discretion and strong critical‑thinking skillsPrepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support executive initiativesSupport expense reporting and reconciliation, including experience with ConcurCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project coordinationManage logistics related to hybrid work environments, including in‑office and remote supportAssist with training and support for tools such as monday.com and Salesforce as neededSimilar remote jobs
