Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Symmetry Construction is a full-time, hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role provides high-level administrative support to company leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence and reports. The Executive Assistant will organize and maintain files, draft and process expense reports, and support project-related documentation and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include screening and directing calls and emails, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed. The role also involves assisting with office coordination, supporting special projects, and maintaining confidentiality while representing leadership in a professional and responsive manner. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and office coordination. Candidates should possess accurate and timely Expense Reports skills, including tracking receipts, reconciling expenses, and preparing summaries for leadership review. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with digital files and basic spreadsheets. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Ability to work independently, handle confidential information with discretion, and demonstrate sound judgment. Previous experience supporting executives or managers, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry; high school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree is beneficial.
