This position supports daily operational activities, including maintaining internal records, processing documentation, and assisting with workflow coordination across investment and back-office teams. The role involves monitoring routine processes, updating databases and spreadsheets, and helping prepare reports and materials for internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Assistant will respond to inquiries, provide general administrative support, and collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues promptly. This role requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and clear communication with colleagues and clients. You will manage, track financial workflows (such as payments and loan draws), and handle practical local errands.
