Duties include:
Heavy travel planning including private aviation booking. Work with very detailed written contracts. Collaborate with CEO team to ensure all need of the CEO are being met. Calendaring, scheduling, gatekeeping, and all other duties as needed. Reports- creating program data, research projects, and board presentations. Update websites, Marketing materials, and other ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
Experience supporting a top level Executive for the past 10+ years. Heavy attention to written detail, contract support, high level document oversight and managment. Able to work 8 am-6 pm schedule Monday-Friday, light work from home on weekends as needed Planned private aviation is a preference
