• Job Title: Quality Inspector
• Job Description
• This intermediate-level position requires a full-time floor inspection presence without management or leadership duties. The Rotorcraft Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in maintaining quality and safety standards, including the return-to-service of maintenance in accordance with 14 CFR Parts 27, 29, 43, 91, 133, 135, and 145 as applicable.
• Responsibilities
• + Assist in maintaining quality and safety standards for rotorcraft maintenance.

+ Conduct thorough inspections to identify and correct defects during production or installation.

+ Ensure consistent product and service quality to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

+ Independently handle routine tasks and manage more complex, specialized assignments.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with alteration requirements.

+ Use diagnostic and specialized measurement equipment proficiently.

+ Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, customers, and management to prevent maintenance delays and ensure timely deliveries.

• + Strong time management, organization, adaptability, communication, and resilience. + Attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Proficiency in using diagnostic and specialized measurement equipment like calipers and micrometers. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Associate degree plus 7 years of experience in aviation-related quality principles, methods, and practices.

+ High School Diploma plus 10 years of experience in quality-related principles, methods, and practices. + 6 years of military equivalent experience applying quality-related principles and practices.

+ Consideration for substitution of related education and experience is available, demonstrating the ability to perform essential functions.
