1099 Independent Contractor About the Opportunity Bitcot Technologies is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support senior leadership on a large-scale enterprise healthcare initiative. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities. As a trusted partner, you will transform ideas into action by preparing executive-ready materials, coordinating leadership initiatives, organizing critical information, and ensuring priorities move forward efficiently. You should be comfortable working with minimal direction, managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and producing high-quality deliverables that support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-through. Prepare executive presentations, briefing documents, meeting summaries, FAQs, and business communications. Organize leadership meetings by preparing agendas, capturing action items, and tracking decisions. Maintain documentation repositories, Q&A logs, and version-controlled materials. Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather inputs and drive execution. Support leadership workshops, onsite visits, and stakeholder engagements. Anticipate leadership needs, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively recommend solutions. Produce executive-ready deliverables that enable leaders to review and refine rather than create from scratch. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field. 5+ years supporting senior leadership in Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong business writing abilities. Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, meeting materials, and leadership communications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and maintaining structured documentation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executive leadership in healthcare, consulting, technology, or other enterprise environments. Experience coordinating leadership meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements. Familiarity with information governance, documentation best practices, and collaboration tools.
