Remote Executive Assistant - Construction Operations & Business Development Remote | Full-Time | Compensation Open for Discussion Help Build the Systems Behind a Growing Construction Company Las Vegas Remodel & Construction is a full-service remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the Las Vegas Valley. As we continue expanding our operations and developing new construction opportunities, we are looking for a resourceful and highly organized Executive Assistant to help leadership research opportunities, build professional relationships, source trade partners, and coordinate important administrative processes. This remote position is designed for a proactive professionals based in Latin America who is comfortable communicating with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and municipal departments. Role Overview As the Remote Executive Assistant, you will support leadership with a combination of contractor sourcing, business development, research, permitting coordination, relationship building, and general administrative support. An important part of the position will be assisting the company as it develops a more standardized Accessory Dwelling Unit construction program. This includes helping identify architectural resources, obtain subcontractor pricing, organize plan and project information, and track permitting and feasibility requirements. The ADU plan calls for assembling standardized plan options, gathering fixed trade pricing, pursuing municipal master-plan approval, and coordinating site-specific feasibility and permitting information. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and help prequalify potential 1099 subcontractors and skilled trade partners Conduct outreach to subcontractors in trades such as concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, stucco, flooring, and finish work Gather information regarding trade experience, service areas, availability, licensing, insurance, tools, pricing, and project capacity Help obtain and organize fixed-price or project-based subcontractor bids Build and maintain organized directories of subcontractors, vendors, architects, draftspeople, engineers, and other construction professionals Network with architects, designers, draftspeople, general contractors, and referral partners Schedule introductory calls and maintain consistent professional follow-up Support the development of relationships that may generate projects, partnerships, or referral opportunities Assist with permit applications, document collection, submission tracking, and follow-up with municipal departments Research jurisdictional requirements within Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Clark County Organize project information related to setbacks, property access, utilities, HOA approvals, engineering, and site feasibility Help track architectural plans, structural documents, energy reports, civil plans, municipal comments, and permit status Maintain spreadsheets, pricing matrices, contractor records, contact lists, and project trackers Assist with calendars, meeting scheduling, email follow-up, document organization, and general administrative tasks Prepare summaries, research reports, call notes, and progress updates for leadership Follow up consistently on outstanding bids, documents, permits, appointments, and action items Assist with additional business-development and operational projects as assigned Qualifications Based in Latin America with a reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace Strong spoken and written English Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Construction Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Business Development Assistant preferred Construction, remodeling, architecture, permitting, real estate development, or contractor-sourcing experience is strongly preferred Confident making professional calls and conducting consistent email outreach Comfortable communicating with contractors, architects, vendors, government departments, and business owners Strong research, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills Ability to maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, trackers, and digital files Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, video meetings, and cloud-based project-management tools Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details Resourceful and able to find solutions with limited supervision Professional, dependable, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive company information Availability to work a schedule that substantially overlaps with Las Vegas business hours Experience with construction-management software, CRM platforms, permitting portals, or Buildertrend is a plus
