Job Description

Our client, a growing property management and investment organization, is looking for a highly organized, proactive Junior Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact, managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and presentations, maintaining confidential information, and supporting a range of business initiatives.
Pay & Job Highlights:
Compensation:
$55,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience. Direct/Permanent Hire. Responsibilities of the
Junior Executive Assistant:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up on priorities. Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and business events, keeping logistics and materials organized. Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas with accuracy and professionalism. Serve as a key liaison between executives, employees, clients, vendors, and business partners. Maintain confidential records and organized administrative files while supporting special projects, research, and expense tracking. Qualifications of the
Junior Executive Assistant:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requests and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Workspace familiarity a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional approach. Strong attention to detail, discretion, and initiative; able to work independently and handle confidential information appropriately. A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a growing organization.
