Director of Operations / Executive Assistant to CEO High-Producing Real Estate Team | Full-Time in Person Position Overview We are seeking an exceptional Director of Operations / Executive Assistant to CEO to serve as the operational right hand to the leader of a thriving, high-producing real estate team. We are looking for a highly capable, proactive professional who can think at an executive level while also ensuring the day-to-day details of the business are handled with excellence. The right person will help lead the organization, manage people and priorities, oversee financial and operational systems, protect the CEO's time, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You should be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, solving problems, holding people accountable, and communicating confidently with team members, clients, vendors, agents, lenders, and business partners. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Leadership Oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-producing real estate team. Serve as the primary operational partner to the CEO/Team Leader. Translate the CEO's vision and priorities into clear action plans for the team. Manage workflows, systems, deadlines, and team priorities. Identify operational gaps and create solutions before they become problems. Develop, document, and improve systems, processes, and standard operating procedures. Lead team meetings and follow-up when appropriate. Ensure projects and initiatives move from idea to completion. Create accountability throughout the organization. Team Management Help lead, manage, and develop team members. Set clear expectations and follow up on commitments and deadlines. Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Help create a positive, professional, high-performance culture. Address problems quickly and professionally. Serve as a strong communication bridge between leadership and the team. Executive Support Manage and protect the CEO's calendar, priorities, and time. Manage and organize executive email communications. Prioritize incoming requests and determine what requires the CEO's attention. Prepare the CEO for meetings, appointments, calls, and important decisions. Track commitments and ensure necessary follow-up occurs. Anticipate needs rather than waiting to be given instructions. Financial Oversight Assist with monitoring the financial health of the business. Review budgets, expenses, revenue, profitability, and key financial reports. Work with bookkeeping/accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Understand and review Profit & Loss statements. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Help leadership make informed business decisions based on financial data. Communication Serve as a master communicator internally and externally. Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of leadership. Communicate confidently with clients, team members, agents, vendors, lenders, and business partners. Handle sensitive and confidential conversations with professionalism and discretion. Ensure communication is clear, timely, professional, and followed through to completion. Who We Are Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Highly organized and exceptionally detail oriented. Someone who sees what needs to be done and takes ownership of it. Calm under pressure and able to bring order to a busy environment. Comfortable working directly with a high-performing, fast-moving CEO. Required Experience 5+ years of experience in executive-level operations, business management, or senior executive support. Previous experience managing employees and/or leading a team. Experience overseeing business operations and financial reporting. Strong understanding of budgets, expenses, revenue, and Profit & Loss statements. Experience managing executive calendars and email. Real estate experience is strongly preferred. Experience supporting a founder, CEO, entrepreneur, or high-producing sales professional is a significant plus. Salary

• $80,000-90,000 depending on experience

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
