Job Description

Nick Mayer Auto Group is a fast-growing company with dealerships in both Ohio and Tennessee. Our CEO is a visionary leader driving the organization toward unprecedented growth, and we're seeking an Experienced Executive Assistant to support them in achieving this mission.

Position Summary:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a key partner and trusted resource in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's day-to-day responsibilities and company goals. This role requires a strong, proactive, highly organized, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will act as an extension of the CEO and must be professional yet driven to complete tasks with a high level of focus.

•Pay starting at $50,000 based on experience and performance.

•Job location will be based out of which location is closest to your home. Multiple dealership locations - Avon Lake, Westlake, Mayfield Heights, Wickliffe. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities:
Email & Task Management:

Monitor all CEO emails and prioritize and communicate necessary items. It is important to understand the email and proactively ask questions and gather details, so the CEO has all information needed to make an educated decision immediately.

Calendar Management:

Maintain and prioritize the CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time for prioritized items. Adjust meetings as necessary and ensure any cancelled meetings are promptly rescheduled.

Meeting Support:

Organize and prepare for meetings, including compiling agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items until completion.

Communication Liaison:

Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and the Executive Team, vendors, and other contacts, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Project Management:

Assist in coordinating and tracking projects and initiatives led by the CEO. Drive agenda, monitor progress and continue follow up until completion. Special project coordination with Building Maintenace, Jr. Recruiter, and HR.

Document Preparation:

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, checklists, job descriptions, pay plans, process manuals, and other documents.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, protecting the CEO's best interests.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives. Automotive Dealership Experience a plus, but not a must Quick learner and the ability to jump into new projects and adapt quickly. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong and determined personality to drive the agenda and see things through to completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations. Ability to dedicate the necessary time to the office of the CEO. Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and sign NDA.
