Life:
Provides administrative support to a vice president including answering telephones, generating correspondence and reports, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements. Provides assistance with routine inquiries and special projects as necessary. Uses discretion and acts accordingly in confidential matters related to the department and company in order to maintain the integrity of the company and its employees. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth. Who We're Looking for:
Required:
Job Knowledge and Skill Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; networking; project management; responsive approach to tasks. Years of Experience Seven or more years of directly related experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. Education A high school diploma or G.E.D. One to two years post-high school education preferred. Specific Course/Certifications Knowledge of general office equipment such as fax, copier, and telephone systems.
