The Executive Assistant provides highlevel, strategic, and administrative support to the VP, ensuring seamless coordination across business operations, leadership priorities, and personal commitments. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutionsoriented, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.Responsibilities:
Manage bid schedules, bid lists and opportunity spreadsheets. Manage and optimize the VP's calendar, meetings, and priorities. Serve as liaison between the VP and department leaders across the organization. Coordinate crossdepartmental meetings, track action items, and ensure smooth information flow. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests; draft professional correspondence and briefings. Prepare executive summaries, and meeting materials. Support business development activities, client relationships, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate executive travel, conferences, and events. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business strategy, financials, and personnel matters. Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.Personal Support As Needed:
Manage the VP's personal calendar and integrate personal and professional commitments.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools Flexibility to support occasional extended or afterhours needs Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, and vendorsPay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
