Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dependable support to senior leadership in Dallas, Texas. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consumer products environment, brings strong judgment to daily priorities, and creates a welcoming experience for both employees and visitors. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing executive coordination, office operations, and event support with a high level of discretion.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to manage shifting priorities, anticipate needs, and keep daily activities running smoothly.
  • Oversee complex calendars, coordinate executive meetings, and ensure leaders are prepared with the right materials and follow-up actions.
  • Arrange business travel, including itineraries, bookings, and schedule adjustments, while supporting leadership during travel periods.
  • Develop clear presentations, reports, correspondence, and other documents with limited oversight and strong attention to detail.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between departments and external contacts to maintain clear communication and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle confidential business information with discretion and sound decision-making.
  • Assist with planning and execution of major sales events and incentive trips in partnership with the event management function.
  • Support day-to-day office operations by managing supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative processes that keep the workplace organized and effective.
