We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who excels at keeping priorities organized, managing complex schedules, and ensuring meetings and travel plans run smoothly. The successful candidate will bring professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple high-level administrative tasks with accuracy and discretion. (On site role - with flexibility)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee executive calendars by organizing appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for daily commitments.
- Arrange domestic and, when needed, broader travel plans, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, and related logistics.
- Coordinate meeting schedules for executive leadership, securing rooms or virtual platforms and confirming attendee availability.
- Prepare executives for internal and external meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and relevant background information.
- Track changing priorities and adjust schedules or travel details quickly to maintain smooth operations.
- Serve as a key administrative partner by managing routine executive support activities with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
