10+ Month Contract Pay rate: $28-35/hour Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted business partner, managing executive priorities, coordinating complex schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting. Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and executive communications. Organize executive meetings, leadership offsites, and special events. Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables. Business Operations Process expense reports, invoices, and budget-related documentation. Maintain confidential records, contracts, and executive files. Assist with board meetings and leadership communications as needed. Identify process improvements and implement more efficient administrative practices. Relationship Management Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Build strong relationships across departments and represent leadership professionally. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Preferred Experience supporting multiple C-suite executives. Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Project coordination or event planning experience. Knowledge of expense management and budget tracking systems.
Pay Details:
