Job Description One of our customers in the title industry is seeking a Senior Commercial Underwriter to join its Energy & Infrastructure Group. This individual will support complex commercial real estate transactions, helping evaluate title risk, develop title insurance solutions, and give guidance on complex property matters across a national portfolio. They should bring a strong commercial underwriting background and have experience supporting large-scale transactions. Experience within the energy, infrastructure, renewable energy, or capital markets space is highly preferred. Candidates should be seeking an annual salary of 170,000. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of commercial title underwriting experience Experience handling national commercial transactions across multiple states and jurisdictions Working knowledge of mineral ownership, mineral reservations, and other mineral and surface-right risks Strong understanding of real estate law, law degree preferred. Experience reviewing and analyzing complex title documentation and property records (pro-formas, easements, right-of-way, etc.) Experience supporting energy, infrastructure, renewable energy, utility, or industrial real estate projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with attorneys, lenders, and business stakeholders.
