District Admin Reports to: Superintendent Position Qualifications Individual must be able to work well under pressure. Must have the ability to organize and set appropriate priorities to meet deadlines. Able to work as part of a highly functioning team. Ability to interpret data collected and makes appropriate and meaningful recommendations as required. Job Specifications and Requirements High SchoolDiploma/GED, Diploma preferred; preference will be given to those with college credits in Business Career courses and/or work experience. Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office products; excellent oral and written communication skills required; Ability to prioritize, plan and meet frequent deadlines. Must be able to demonstrate professionalism, dependability, integrity, discretion, initiative, and a service-oriented approach . - Ability to understand oral and written communication Position Summary The Executive Administrative Assistant - District Office provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Superintendent and District Office.
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Superintendent and District Office.
- Manage the Superintendent's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and district commitments.
- Coordinate District Office meetings, leadership meetings, special events, and other administrative activities.
- Assist with preparation and coordination of Board meetings, including agendas, supporting documentation, meeting materials, and communications.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, memoranda, and other district-level documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the Superintendent's Office, District Office departments, campuses, Board members, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor District Office assignments, deadlines, and action items and follow up with appropriate personnel.
- Maintain confidential district, personnel, Board, legal, and administrative records.
- Coordinate District Office calendars, activities, deadlines, and administrative processes.
- Receive and appropriately route inquiries, concerns, complaints, and requests directed to the Superintendent or District Office.
- Assist with district-wide projects, initiatives, employee events, recognition activities, and special assignments.
- Gather information and documentation from departments and campuses as requested by the Superintendent.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records for District Office operations.
- Assist with purchasing, invoices, travel documentation, reimbursements, and other administrative processes as assigned.
- Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing requests and determining matters requiring immediate administrative attention.
- Anticipate the administrative needs of the Superintendent and District Office and proactively facilitate completion.
- Provide administrative assistance to other members of District leadership as directed by the Superintendent.
