Job Summary The Office Service Specialist will support daily office operations through document processing, mail handling, file management, and on-site customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume copying, scanning, date stamping, document imaging, and related clerical tasks using specialized software.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and postage through mail management systems.
- Open, save, transfer, archive, file, and purge documents and PC files according to established procedures.
- Maintain copier and office service areas by clearing paper jams, stocking copier paper, and monitoring supply inventory.
- Serve as an on-site point of contact for customer service requests and communicate professionally through Microsoft Outlook. Compensation and Benefits

- 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, office services, mailroom, or document management experience.
- Experience using office equipment such as copiers, scanners, postage machines, and document imaging tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic PC file management.
