We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive services in a vibrant educational environment. This full-time role spans 40 hours per week, serving approximately 60 students across one or two school locations, with the assignment continuing through May 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills and a willingness to adapt are valued Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students with a variety of needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Maintain accurate records of student progress and meet compliance standards Serve as a key resource for educators and families by providing strategies, training, and support Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about best practices This position offers the unique chance to foster meaningful progress while building strong relationships with students and colleagues.
