Job Description

We are currently seeking a File Clerk with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable with computer data entry and enjoy working with others who share their passion for hard work. We would like the successful candidate to possess the ability to follow directions, multi-task efficiently, communicate clearly and meet deadlines. Flexible hours make this an ideal job for students, retirees, or anyone looking to re-enter the work force on a part-time basis. Approximately 12-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
File documents. Retrieve documents. Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Sort or classify material based on provided guidelines. Use computers, scanner/copiers, and other offie equipment. Answering phones and greeting clients/aiding with client reception, as needed. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands. Coordinating events as necessary. Maintaining supply inventory.
Skills and abilities:
Must be able to life 30 lbs. or banker's box full of files Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro. Superior organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and production of accurate work Analytical skills Ability to learn new systems and skills quickly. Excellent communication skills. Upbeat attitude. Work and successfully complete tasks with minimal supervision. Principals only! We will not respond to recruiters or agancy representatives.
