•CPA firm is seeking an experienced QuickBooks professional to convert QuickBooks Desktop company files to QuickBooks Online
•. This is a conversion project only . We will start with one file and add more after the first one is successfully completed. Scope of Work Convert the QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online. Verify that the converted data transferred properly. Compare key balances and reports between QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Reconnect bank and credit-card feeds. Confirm that the bank and credit-card feeds are functioning properly. Reconnect applicable QuickBooks integrations/apps, where straightforward. Identify and resolve discrepancies resulting from the conversion. Confirm that the QuickBooks Online file is ready for our CPA firm to take over. Compensation Flat fee per file, based on the complexity of the QuickBooks Desktop file. Please provide your proposed fee and briefly describe your experience with QuickBooks Desktop-to-Online conversions. We are looking for someone experienced who can complete the conversion independently and accurately. Preferred Experience QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor experience QuickBooks Desktop experience Experience converting established/multi-year company files Experience reconnecting bank and credit-card feeds Ability to work independently and accurately
Pay:
$28.50 - $34.32 per hour Application Question(s): Why are you currently seeking freelance or project-based work? What experience do you have with QuickBooks file conversion projects. Please provide examples. Are you currently working on other projects or engaged with other clients? If so, approximately how many hours per week are committed? Compensation is paid on a per-file basis rather than hourly. Specific rates and project details will be discussed later. Are you comfortable working under this compensation structure?
