You'll be on your feet throughout the shift, alternating between machines, and keeping production moving. Prior experience in production is a big plus, and printing experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right candidate. Responsibilities Operate and monitor three digital UV printers. Alternate between machines to maintain steady workflow. Perform basic computer tasks for job setup and print management. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Prior production or manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Printing experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work efficiently on your feet all day. Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to adapt to schedule changes. Flexibility for overtime or shift changes when needed.
