Apply to join Team CEFCU! CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team! Reviews audits and records the receipt of Direct and Indirect loan files and records. Verifies the accuracy of loan listing sheets for each Member Center on a daily basis Maintains a specific order of documents on paper Indirect loan files. Verifies and reviews the accuracy of loan documents against the corresponding information on the Loan Screen (LON) and Consumer Lending Origination System (CLO). Assists with checking in Illinois Titles to the Title System (TITL). Provides the highest quality member experience, for both internal and external members.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Overtime as needed.
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn applicable CEFCU mainframe systems and screens: Loan Screen (LON), Security/Collateral History Screen (SECR), Consumer Loan Origination system (CLO), CTI and PC software and apply at a proficient level within 10 weeks.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • 0-2 years of financial institution experience.
Preferred:
  • Thorough understanding of CEFCU's loan contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Applicable college courses and/or commensurate experience.
Summary Pay Range The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $17.05 - $20.04. The pay range listed represents the anticipated starting range for a successful candidate. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at CEFCU.
