• Ensure all scanned documents are properly indexed and stored in the company's e-filing system.
• Assist in archiving outdated records while adhering to organizational policies.
• Perform regular audits of filing systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline filing processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company standards.
• Provide support for special projects involving document management.
