JOB REQUIREMENTS
Basic Office equipment skills are required.
Computer Skills including:
Turn your personal computer on and off. Recognize the four major part of the computer. Identify and explain the use of the four parts of the standard keyboard. Recognize the mouse and understand how to use it. Open and close a program using Windows 95. Recognize and understand the operator panel of a printer. Load Paper. Attention to detail and accuracy important. Must be able to type 40 wpm.
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE
A high school diploma or equivalency is required. Provides clerical assistance and types correspondence, schedules, and various forms, etc. for department. Answers telephones, prepares reports, takes minutes, may schedule meetings, and assist with maintenance of department payroll records.
