The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience operating UV printers or similar equipment, such as flatbed or large-format digital printers . This role involves preparing artwork, managing print files, operating the machinery, and conducting quality control for a wide range of custom products.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience operating UV, flatbed, or large-format printers Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow precise operating procedures and safety protocols Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledgeable in using computers and basic graphic software Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Good visual acuity for alignment and quality control tasks Must be able to perform duties in a warehouse environment where temperatures may fluctuate with outdoor weather conditions.
