Job Description
Essential Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain job files from start to finish, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant. Review field documentation, prepare preliminary estimates, and assist with job file uploads and close-out. Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, subcontractors, and internal staff regarding job progress. Complete First Notice of Loss documentation and maintain Work-in-Progress schedules. Answer phones, schedule appointments, prepare job paperwork, and maintain office files and records. Assist with billing, accounts receivable and general bookkeeping functions. Customer follow-ups, and other office operations as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of administrative or office experience; restoration or insurance industry experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and computer skills. Experience with job file management, estimating, or restoration software is a plus. Employment Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening. Successful completion of a criminal background check.
