Office Coordinator Full-Time | Hebron, MD (Route 50) | $45,000 to $65,000+ per year | Based on experience and performance Who We Are Clean Power Washing has been serving Maryland and Delaware for over 20 years. We are a $1M+ exterior cleaning and professional lighting company based in Hebron, MD, covering Wicomico, Worcester, and Lower Delaware. We run multiple crews across a large service area, handle a wide variety of services, and operate year-round. We are growing, and we need the right person running our back office to help us get there. The Role This is a hands-on execution role. You are not here to oversee — you are here to do. You will be the daily engine of our office: answering phones, processing payroll, scheduling crews, managing client communications, coordinating with our remote marketing team, and keeping our operation running like a machine. No two days are exactly the same. Our services vary, our schedule shifts, and priorities change fast. You need to be comfortable with that and thrive in it. What You Will Do Process weekly payroll accurately through BBSI. Errors are not acceptable and neither is guessing Schedule and route jobs across multiple crews using our CRM (Customer Factor) Answer and manage all inbound calls, texts, emails, and Facebook messages Follow up with clients and handle concerns professionally and independently Coordinate social media content with our remote marketing assistant Manage office supplies and logistics, including setting up automated ordering so basics never run out Track accounts payable and receivable Identify broken processes and fix them without being asked Maintain discretion and professionalism in all internal and external communications What We Need From You Reliability is the most important thing in this role. We need someone who shows up every day, on time, ready to work. Our office is the communication hub for our entire operation. When that seat is empty, the business feels it immediately. If consistent attendance is a challenge for you, this is not the right fit. Beyond attendance, we are looking for: Proven experience in an office operations or coordinator role Payroll processing experience (BBSI experience is a significant plus) Comfort with CRM and scheduling software (we use Customer Factor, training provided) CompanyCam or similar documentation tool experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence with technology and openness to AI tools to work smarter A positive, professional presence that sets the tone for everyone who walks in The ability to handle private and sensitive conversations with discretion Self-direction. You do not wait to be told what needs doing This Is Not the Right Role If... You need a lot of hand-holding or daily direction Consistent attendance is a challenge for you You are looking for a quiet, predictable desk job You prefer managing others over doing the daily work yourself You are not comfortable with technology or learning new systems What We Offer $40,000 to $55,000+ salary based on experience, with performance-based increases at your 90-day review Full-time, year-round stability (this is not a seasonal role) Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas 5 days PTO earned at the 90-day mark A role where your work directly impacts how the business grows An established, respected local brand with 20+ years in the market How to Apply Submit your resume and answer this question in your cover message: "Tell us about a process at a previous job that was broken. What did you do to fix it, and what was the result?" Applications without an answer to this question will not be considered. We are looking for someone ready to commit and grow with us, not use this as a stepping stone. If that is you, we want to hear from you.
