Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain organized filing systems—both electronic and paper—to ensure quick retrieval of documents Support office management by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings Perform data entry tasks such as typing reports, proofreading documents, and updating records with accuracy Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office management software Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy environment Exceptional phone reception skills with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Proven clerical experience with a focus on filing, data entry, proofreading, and document management Outstanding customer service skills to support clients and visitors courteously and professionally Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills to coordinate schedules seamlessly Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
