Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Processor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Millville, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, mailroom operations, records management, or document imaging. As a Document Processor, you will work in a structured, production-based office environment focused on document scanning, records organization, and accurate data processing. - Sort, prepare, and organize documents for scanning and electronic processing.
- Operate document scanning equipment and review scanned images for quality and accuracy.
- Index, label, and organize electronic files according to established procedures.
- Perform accurate data entry while meeting production and quality expectations.
- Maintain production logs, records, and documentation as required.
- Assist with additional clerical, records management, or operational tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits

Shift:
Standard hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Shift Flexibility:
7:30 AM or 8:00 AM start times may be considered for strong candidates.
Shift:
3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Priority hiring needs are available for 2nd shift. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Sort, scan, index, and organize documents in a production-based office environment.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records.
- Review scanned images for quality and ensure files are processed correctly.
- Meet daily production, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical support, mailroom operations, records management, document scanning, or office services preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills and a professional work ethic. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in document imaging, document scanning, or records management.
- Experience working in a production-based office environment.
- Previous financial services, back-office operations, mailroom, or office services experience.
- Ability to work 2nd shift is a plus.
