Wallace Mann Capener Bishop & Debney, P.C. is looking for an organized some one to help move us into the future. As one of the top law firms in the Northwest with a focus in Workers' Compensation defense and employment law, we are looking to add someone to our team. We are currently seeking a part-time scanning clerk for our Portland office. Lifting of physical files and stocking of shelves a requirement. Experience in a digital filing system (preferred)
DOCUWARE
Organizing and managing paper files Organizing files digitally Filing documents both physically and digitally Collaborating with other file clerks to ensure organized files Qualified candidates will have great work ethic, professionalism and strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as a team member. Attention to detail In office required. No remote option. Hours between 20-25 hours a week. Part-time. Background check required.
