Work is performed under an independent contractor agreement with competitive and negotiable rates. Pay Rates Sprinters Long-haul, preferred lanes: $0.85 - $1.00 per mile Long-haul, less desirable areas: $0.70 - $0.90 per mile

Canada:

$1.00 - $1.25 per mile Box Trucks Long-haul, preferred lanes: $1.50 - $1.80 per mile Long-haul, less desirable areas: $1.20 - $1.30 per mile We have consistent freight available. Every dispatcher on our team has over 4 years of experience and an extensive network of brokers. We ask detailed questions about the types of loads you prefer and only present options that match your preferences — saving you time and frustration.

Payment terms:

3-5 business days. Quick Pay available for a 7% fee.

Operating days:

Monday through Friday. Basic Requirements Must own Sprinter, cargo van, or box truck U.S. citizen, resident, green card, or valid work authorization All drivers must be 21 years of age or older Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English (Russian speakers are also welcome) Must have Commercial Liability Insurance with $750,000 general liability and $100,000 cargo coverage All drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with TNV Group LLC before hauling any loads Minimum 6 months of driving experience Vehicle Requirements Sprinters must be 2016 or newer Every vehicle must carry a minimum of 2 straps and proper PPE All decals must be removed Any modifications to the vehicle must be reported to us before the unit goes on the road Current registration and insurance documents required TNV Group LLC does not hire company drivers. You are applying to work as an independent owner-operator under a written contractor agreement.

Earning potential:

Average monthly income starts at $8,000 and can be higher depending on your equipment, willingness to work, payload capacity, and any additional certifications (Hazmat, TSA/TWIC, etc.).
