contractor to join our network and receive residential HVAC service and repair jobs throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is an independent contractor opportunity , not a full-time employee position. It is ideal for an HVAC professional or small HVAC company looking to add additional jobs to their existing schedule. Types of Jobs May Include AC diagnostics AC repairs HVAC troubleshooting No-cooling calls Heating system service Thermostat issues HVAC maintenance System replacement estimates Other residential HVAC-related work Requirements Contractor must have: Valid Texas HVAC contractor/company license Active and properly registered HVAC company General liability insurance Own vehicle Own tools and HVAC equipment HVAC diagnostic equipment Professional appearance and communication Ability to provide photos, notes, and job documentation Experience working directly with residential customers Reliable availability and communication How It Works Emerson Pro Services provides the jobs. You provide us with your availability and service area, and our office can schedule available HVAC appointments with you. This can work well for contractors who already operate their own HVAC business but have room in their schedule for additional work. Compensation Compensation is per job / per appointment and will depend on the type and scope of work. We are looking to build a long-term relationship with reliable HVAC contractors, with the potential for increasing job volume based on performance and availability.
