Administrative Clerk

Our work environment includes:
Professional office setting with behind the scenes work. Semi-flexible scheduling with no required weekend hours Casual work attire Safe work environment On-the-job training Entry-level positionsDuties:
- Preparation of documents for scanning which includes removing paper bindings (e.g., staples, paperclips, binder clips, etc), inserting separator and toggle sheets, and organizing paper by size.
- Using various scanning equipment to convert paper records to digital formats.
- 10 key punching and continuous data entry using computers.
- Checking digitized images for clarity, rotation, and quality and correcting any discovered errors.
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing paper records while maintaining the original order.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Must be comfortable working quickly with your hands to meet or exceed production benchmarks while matching project specifications.
- Must be willing to cross-train across multiple stages of the scanning process and capable of performing multiple tasks throughout the workday.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as an Administrative Clerk or a similar role preferred.
- Proficient general computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), imaging software, or document management software and the ability to quickly learn new software systems is strongly preferred
- Comfortable handing confidential information and reviewing documents for correctness and accuracy.
- Some tasks may require standing for extended periods.
- Must be able lift up to 35 pounds.
Schedule:
4 day work week Monday- Thursday 6am
