Job Description
Bilingual Intake Specialist (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities) We are seeking a motivated Intake Specialist to join our Legal Intake Center. This role is available in both part-time and full-time capacities, with the potential for full-time employment following a 60-day probationary period. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred. Our firm is deeply committed to client relationships, satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional client experience. The Intake Specialist plays a critical role as the first point of contact—screening incoming inquiries via phone and online quiries, qualifying potential clients, and facilitating the onboarding process. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive, close-knit, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Screen and evaluate incoming leads via phone and internet within 3 minutes of submission Gather incident details and medical information to assess potential claims Send onboarding/retainer documents to qualified clients Accurately document all interactions in the contact management system Maintain and update case files using case management software (e.g., LitiFy, TrialWorks, or similar) Ensure proper tracking of client status (accepted, rejected, follow-up, scheduled, etc.) Manage up to 40 new inquiries per day in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in legal intake, collections, sales, or customer service (phone-based) Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel Typing speed of 40+ WPM Additional Qualifications Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn and grow Ability to handle high call volumes with empathy and professionalism Schedule & Work Environment Office hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday Flexible scheduling, including morning/mid-morning/afternoon weekday and weekend shifts
