Part-time positions are available.

JOB SUMMARY

: Approach passengers waiting at their gates to take part in a survey and administer the survey using an iPad. Get your steps in as you walk from gate to gate and terminal to terminal. We offer bonuses! Good decision-making skills and being self-motivated are the key components of being successful to receive the bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

• Administer survey interviews with passengers according to specific instructions
• Provide directions and ask questions as written
• Record answers as directed
• Provide unbiased help and clarification of questions
• Identify interview subjects as instructed
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION

: High school degree or GED required.

EXPERIENCE

: At least 2 years of experience in market research, retail, or customer service experience role.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

:

• Must be able to use a tablet
• Must be able to read well out loud
• Must be able to walk and stand all-day
• Must be friendly and approachable
• Must have the ability to interact with diverse peoples as many passengers are from around the globe
• Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, a big plus, but not a requirement Schedules vary based on flight schedules including day, evening, and nighttime schedules.

Some holiday work may be required.
