Job Description:
Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well-established Carlsbad law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a trial attorney with two upcoming trials. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented litigation legal assistant who thrives in a fast-paced trial environment and can operate with minimal supervision. Trial assistant must have a minimum of 5 years of trial litigation experience to be considered.
Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to lead trial counsel Draft, review, and manage motions, pleadings, and discovery Prepare and submit state and federal court filings Maintain and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and trial dates Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and court submissions Coordinate with attorneys and internal staff to ensure trial readiness Strong experience with motions practice and discovery Please submit your resume in MS Word format for immediate and confidential consideration.
