Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with daily secretarial and administrative tasks related to active litigation matters.
- Receive phone calls, relay messages accurately, and communicate with clients and external contacts effectively.
- Draft, prepare, and submit court documents, including electronic filings and related service documentation.
- Monitor attorney calendars, track filing deadlines, and coordinate hearings, meetings, and other case schedules.
- Maintain organized case records in both paper and digital formats, ensuring documents are easy to access and properly filed.
- Scan, upload, and classify legal correspondence, pleadings, and other matter-related materials.
- Assist with litigation support activities such as preparing discovery materials, organizing pleadings, and updating case information.
- Coordinate billing support, invoice handling, and general office administrative needs such as supply management and workspace organization.
