This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and detail-oriented legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is looking for the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling complex commercial litigation mattersPrepare, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materialsManage court filings in state and federal courts, including e-filingMaintain case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely handling of litigation mattersCoordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and other case-related eventsHandle attorney time entry, billing support, expense reports, and other administrative tasksCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendorsAssist with trial preparation, including binders, exhibits, and document organization
