This role will support six attorneys handling business, corporate, and civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of Litigation Secretary experience and familiarity with state and federal court filings. Firm offers a collaborative, partner-accessible culture where employees play an integral role in high-level litigation matters rather than high-volume case management. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation professional seeking long-term growth with a highly regarded boutique practice, with the potential for permanent hire after approximately six months. Interested Litigation Secretary candidates should submit their resume for immediate and confidential consideration. Litigation Secretary Responsibilities Provide litigation and administrative support to attorneys. Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and court documents in state and federal courts. Create and update Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities. Manage calendaring, hearing coordination, case files, and trial preparation. Communicate with clients and assist with general office and legal support functions.
