Responsibilities:
Provide full litigation support for multiple attorneys Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents Calendar court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and appointments E-file documents in state and federal courts Coordinate depositions, mediations, and expert scheduling Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel Draft correspondence and handle incoming/outgoing mail Assist with trial preparation and exhibit organization Manage attorney calendars and daily workflow
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 3+ years of legal secretary experience preferred Medical malpractice and/or civil litigation experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of California court rules and filing procedures Excellent typing, grammar, and organizational skills Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Outlook, and legal case management software Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
Pay:
